Devity is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a transparent cancellation and refund policy for our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Please review the following terms:
- Cancellations for subscription services can be requested at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@devity.in.
- If you cancel your subscription within the first 2-3 days of purchase and have not used any premium features, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests after this period or after usage of premium features may not be entertained.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service, unused features, or downgrades during an active subscription period.
- If you experience technical issues or the service does not perform as described, please contact our support team within 3 days of encountering the issue. We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a refund or service credit.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3-4 business days to the original payment method.
- For services or features provided by third-party vendors through our platform, please refer to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
- Devity reserves the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the request does not meet our policy criteria or if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of our services.
