Devity provides Software as a Service (SaaS) products, which are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved. Please review our delivery policy below:
- Upon successful payment and order confirmation, access to the purchased software or subscription will be provisioned to your registered email address, typically within minutes but no later than 24 hours.
- All services and licenses are delivered electronically. You will receive an email with activation instructions or login credentials at the email address provided during registration.
- If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
- It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at the time of purchase. Devity is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.
